Let's just say that The Haunting In Connecticut is one of the most thrilling movies that was released in 2009. Why? Probably because even though it was scary movie one couldn't predict what was going to happen like in most scary movies. In this movie a kid has cancer so he has to keep driving from home to Connecticut. In doing so the parents realize that that drive is too far to keep taking so they move to 

Connecticut. The house the family moves into isn't the best house considering it was once a home morgue. The previous owner of the house was a very spiritual person. He did so much as of leaving the dead peoples eyes in the house. So when the family found the eye lids and burned them, they released the dead spirits inside the house. The sick kid gets possessed and the spirit goes on a rage inside his body.

What happens next.....You as the viewer would have to go see the movie. I can't just give away everything, otherwise what would make you want to go to see the movie. 

Me as a critic I would give the movie a rating of about 3.5/5 stars. Even though I love this movie it's because I think that the movie could have had more to it, but don't get me wrong it's still a must-see-movie. The author did a great job with capturing the graphics and the paranormal activities. I recommend it to my readers if you all are movie lovers. Hope you see, and tune in for my next movie review.

The Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Rise of the Planet of the Apes is a breath taker as the critics would say. I think I can agree with what they are all saying. I don't anyone expected this out of a remake from the 1968 Planet of the Apes which was one of the most memorial movies ever created. In the movie a genetics company is trying to succeed in giving apes human like brain cells to cure Alzheimer's. When they succeed in doing so after years have passed of the ape living with the gene creator, the ape has to be locked away for attacking a man on the street. The apes owner gets a new girl in his life and the ape starts to feel  neglected so he reacts by breaking out of the cage he is in and taking the gene. Though remember the ape has human brain sells so he is pretty smart. After stealing the gene he delivers it to other apes that are being locked away. So now that the ape has an army that he can take the world by storm. 

After terrorizing the city all the ape wanted to do was return to a place when he was younger that made him happy and him and his owner was very close but there was no girl in the picture.

As a rating I would easily give this movie 4/5 stars. Just because the movie keeps the audience on the edge of there seats. If a viewer is looking for a interesting movie to just sit down and watch then this is the movie you will want to see. I know I didn't want to get into too much detail but that's just because I didn't want to give away every single detail of the movie. You as the viewer will have to see the movie to get that yourself.



Avatar the movie

Avatar is probably one of the best movies that came out in the year of 2009, if not then it was the best movie. In the movie a paralyzed man was conducted in a experiment which allowed him to switch into an avatar body. The company he was working for wanted him to do this because they wanted the man to get involved with the avatar race. This way they could have a way to observe their race and the way they lived....So he thought.
After spending so much time with the avatars, learning there heritage and becoming part of there race he finds out that hid company didn't really want to learn the way they live, but all along they were looking for a special substance. This substance would allow the owner of the company to gain more money.In order to get that substance the company had to tear down the homes of the avatars. Though the man who had been involved with the rest of the avatars had begin to grow attached to the family, so when he had to choose between right and wrong, and his job and the avatars. He chose with the avatars, so he told the avatars what the company wanted to do to their home. He inspired the avatars to fight for there home and stand up for what they believed in.
At the end of the fight, the avatars were the ones who were victorious and got the chance to stay in there home.
My personal opinion of the movie was that it was really inspiring for someone who needed to stand up for them selves. All around this is just a great movie considering it had action and a lot more different qualities including romance. Critics gave this movie a review rating of 4/5 stars. Me myself I would probably give it a 3.5/5. If you haven't seen it I would advise you to go see it.
